Er. Ajay Kadam is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Ajay Kadam 
Associates Pvt Ltd since its inception and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy and management of the Company.
Ajay holds a B. E. in Civil Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum, and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona, USA.
As a true technology visionary, Ajay’s strengths lie in identifying and investing in next-generation technologies and encouraging internal entrepreneurship to ensure that Ajay Kadam Associates stays at the forefront of technology innovation.
Ajay has been the driving force in growing Ajay Kadam Associates since 1991. Ajay Kadam earned his masters degree in structural engineering with the highest possible grade point average of 4.0. He was awarded Regents Graduate Academic Scholarship and Regents Graduate Non Resident Scholarship by Arizona State University for his outstanding academic achievements. He was also awarded research assistantship by his professor Dr. Apostolos Fafitis on a research project named Dynamic Properties of Energy Dissipating Bridge Bearings given by Lorant Group of Phoenix, Arizona. His research paper on nonlinear analysis and design of reinforced concrete frames was published in the ASCE journal in 1991. His another research paper on Capacities of RC Columns with RC Jackets using Finite Element Method was published in International e-Conference on Sustainable Development in Concrete Technology – ICSDCT 2021.
akses RCBD was originally developed by Ajay Kadam as a part of a research done on nonlinear analysis and design of reinforced concrete frames. The software was developed using finite element method and the design part was based on American Concrete Institute’s (ACI) Code. Later in 1991 it was modified according to Indian Standard (IS) Code. A number of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings have been designed using this software in the Ajay Kadam Associates’ structural design office for last 29 years.
Currently, Ajay serves as a Managing Council Member and Executive Council Member of Pune District Educational Association, Managing Committee Member of Indian Society of Structural Engineers Pune Chapter, Institutional – Industrial associate of MIT World Peace University and DY Patil College of Engineering Pune, Managing Committee Member of Someshwar Sugar Factory Tal-Baramati Dist-Pune. Local Committee Member of PDEA’s College of Engineering, Manjari, Pune. Local Committee Member of PDEA’s New English School, Wanewadi, Dist – Pune.
