Click on Edit Joint. Read message in the status bar.
Click on the Joint you want to edit.
Joint Co-ordinate panel will be visible with selected joint co-ordinates.
Enter your new values for the co-ordinates.
Click Ok.

Affected loads should be manually corrected accordingly.
Right Click on the Joint you want to edit.
