Edit U.D. Load

• Click on Edit U.D. Load. 

• Click on the member whose U.D Load is to be edited.

• List of U.D. loads, with selected member highlighted, becomes visible.

• In any row #,l/g,x/y/z,w,a,b.

• '#' represents member number.

• 'l' / 'g' represents local / global co-ordinate system.

• 'x' / 'y' / 'z' represents axis of direction of load.

• 'w' represents intensity of Uniformly Distributed Load.

• 'a' represents distance from origin joint.

• 'b' represents distance from origin joint.

• Click Edit to edit.

• U.D. Load panel with selected loads becomes visible.

• UDL:Origin Joint-Member Number- Terminal Joint.

• Edit required values.

• Click Ok.

• Updated list of U.D. Loads becomes visible.

• Other loads in the list can also be edited in similar way.

• Click Cancel to exit.

Edit U.D. Load coordinate system

• Click on Edit U.D. Load. 

• Click on the member on which you want to edit the U.D. Load.

• List of U.D. Loads with selected member highlighted becomes visible.

• In any row #,l/g,x/y/z,w,a,b.

• Select desired load in the list.

• Press [L] key to set coordinate system to local.

• Press [G] key to set coordinate system to global.

• Updated list of U.D. Loads becomes visible.

• Click Cancel to exit.

Edit U.D. Load in a Rich Text Box

• Hold down [ctrl] key and Click on Edit U.D. Load. 

• U.D. Loads will be visible in a rich text box.

• Edit required data very carefully.

• The data can be copied to and from any text editor.

• Click on OK to apply changes .

Edit U.D. Loads of multiple members at once

• Hold down [Alt] key and Click on Edit U.D. Load. 

• Window select multiple members.

• Input existing value of UDL on members.

• Input new value of UDL on members.
